I was just looking at your request about how to make the Reporter's Email 
field non-required. It turns out that a PR submitted without a return 
e-mail address, gnatsd crashes. When gnatsd crashes, no reply is returned 
to Gnatsweb, and you get the "unparseable reply" error. This sounds a lot 
like what you're experiencing.
