where is cgicc.m4?

Hi --

I'm haveing a little trouble creating my on cgicc  apps.  I'm having the 
same problem with 3.2 as I did with 3.1.5, where is cgicc.m4?

This is referenced in example/Makefile.am, example/acinclude.m4 and 
ChangeLog says it was modified on 2001-09-03 and it was added on 
200-11-14 when the macros where moved from acinclude.m4 to cgicc.m4.

So, autoconf fails with this:

./aclocal.m4:18: /usr/bin/m4: Cannot open cgicc.m4: No such file or directory
autoconf: Undefined macros:
configure.in:37:AC_CONFIG_FILES([Makefile])
configure.in:6:AC_CONFIG_SRCDIR(example.cpp)

Can someone help me out please?
