I'd say the easiest thing to do might be to temporarily change your
/etc/apt/sources.list to point to unstable, then run
apt-get update
apt-get install automake autoconf libtool
then reset your /etc/apt/sources.list and run
apt-get update
That should leave you with a stable + unstable-auto-tools system.
