Now I understand that the GNU Herds project must not force users to fill some 
specific value in the nationality field.

Though the nationality field is optional, somebody would like to fill it with 
something different to the ISO codes.

So, I think now that we should have only one field, which be free-to-feel 
(option 3). That is to say, users write the nationality name in a text box 
instead of choosing it from a ComboBox list. Please, let me know if you 
disagree. Options:

  1. Use one form field which offer ISO nationalities to choose (as now).

  2. Two fields, one which offer the ISO nationalities to choose
     and other in which the user could fill anything.

  3. Only one free-to-feel form field.

  4. Remove the current nationality form field. So we will not have problems.
