AS you may have already read, it now increasingly looks as though the 
matter might be going to at least a Solicitor, so there is no need for you 
to have any further contact with myself. My only involvement in this 
matter is that I started to look into restarting the AFFS. I held no 
office, and thus incurred no liability for the actions or neglect of the 
AFFS.
