Please take a look at this to see what I mean about optimizing the glyphs:

http://www.ariesgraphics.net/freebangfont/optimized.html

I am currently working on the glyph in AkaashNormal and in addition to
saving back into the font I will have them saved as Adobe Illustrator files
- which can be imported into pfaedit and other font editors - so others can
re-use them as needed.

I am saving them based on their position in the font and their unicode
number (i.e. 285-09AA.ai). The files can be renamed by someone more familiar
with the glyph names if you want to do that.

After I am done I can move on to optimize other glyphs if you want or need
me to do so.

As you can see if you take a look at the reports, most of the warnings and
errors have to do with the "glyf" section which will be taken care of with
the glyph optimization.

The other problems we can resolve without too much trouble once the glyphs
are in good shape.

Mukti's problem in the "head" section is probably what is causing it to be
unusable as a font in Win2k. What font editor is being used to create Mukti?
