Should we think about some kind of "library" in which the users of Fle3 could add the results of their work made inside Fle3? When the content would be put to the library, they would be freely available to anyone interested in.

A library is in fact an old idea, that just hasn't been developed
further. Originally the idea was:

- when a course is finished, it is moved from active status to a
"library", which is possibly a separate tab on the top of the screen

- courses in the library are read-only

- course members have full access the the course material in the
library

- portions of the course are publicly visible to all fle users, not
just those that participated in the course

- in case of progressive inquiry, the thinking type "summary" would
be the type that is publicly visible

All in all, the idea is that the summaries present the most refined
ideas from the knowledge building, and allowing others access to those
will in a way share the knowledge that was built during the course.

This is a simple thing to do, really. If there's need, we should
design it fully and implement. I estimate it could be done for the
next release, even.
