Hmm... Do you have TinyTable installed? It has a module named
ImportExport just as FLE has. If you use TinyTable somewhere it might
then conflict somehow, although it shouldn't.

You could run

  grep -r 'ImportExport' /usr/lib/zope/lib/python/Products
  
to see if the name "ImportExport" is used anywhere else. But I myself
have TinyTable installed (although I don't specifically use it) so it
shouldn't cause problems by itself.
