Hmm... "Exporter" is our own class used for exporting courses and
other things. Check that the file "ImportExport.py" is located in the
FLE product folder (file system).

Hmm... This sounds like the user has upgraded from an old version of
Fle3 and has not exported the database and reimported it into a new
environment (which needs to be done when doing a major upgrade).
