Most probably the reason is with the XML library, which can be
missing. You can try the following:

- start your python interpreter (command "python2.1" or "python" in shell)
- run the command "from xml.dom.minidom import Document"

If you get an error message, then there's something missing or
otherwise broken in your Python's XML library. If you just get another
prompt, then XML is installed and the problem is somewhere else. Can
you test this and report back?
