The GPL only requires that you give away the source code *upon demand* if you hand out binaries (unmodified or not I believe!)
Well not exactly. They must be available in a means *not more difficult* to access than the binary and (if online) any fee payed to recive the binaries must also give the user access the the source. That said, not asking for the source to be posted before trying to sue will almost certainly get the case thrown out.
And I guess we are fine if they point the people to the enigma homepage to get the sourcecode if they distribute an unmodified version... ;-)
By using a link to the main sources they are legally responsible for ensuring that the sources remain available. They are required to either pull the aplication from their site, or host a copy of the source if they notice
or are notified that the other site is no longer operational.
