This bodes not well.

This suggests that someone may have registered an account with the
enigma-devel list as its email address, as I understand it. If so, it
doesn't sound legitimate. Furthermore, if they're uploading only
binaries, they are in violation of the GNU General Public License.
I can't seem to find the entry for Enigma on download.com (I assume
because the status is still "Processing"). Daniel Heck et al., any
idea whether anything should be done about this?
