Well I think that until we can work out a better,
automated system for those who can't use the CGI
forms, and who want some help with their work, we'll
have to offer this. The numbers of articles coming
this way would be very small anyway (a few a week at
most) so we could just say its slower to email it to
us, and so please don't unless you have to. 
Maybe when you submit an article it could have another
little "icon" next to it (say E) which means the
author thinks it might need some spag correction.
