Ideally, yes, all submitions would follow the guidelines we set forth
for including pictures and the like. However, I think it would be best
to spend some small amount of editor time correcting such things by
hand in the interests of making it extremely easy to submit work,
hopefully encouraging even moderately-interested people to
contribute. The goal should be to get as much FDL-licensed work as
possible...
