Yeah the E icon is a good idea, so then we're going to
have to find some way of automating the process,
unless we simply put a hyperlink on the author's email
address the article so people can mail him about it.
And maybe even if they were submitting it like this
there would be no 'accept' button for the moderators. 
 They author would have to resubmit it normally after
hed recieved all the suggestions for it to be put up.
