Hi maintainers of avr-libc.
The latest release of avr-libc is dated 2002-02-03.
That was months before the release date of release 3.2 of gcc which was
released in august. Now the current snapshot requires gcc 3.3 to build and
possibly a new snapshot of binutils as well. Since fixing the faults i gcc
snapshots is far beyond my capacity I would befit more from a libc developed for
a released compiler. I guess that so would most a the potetial users of libc.
What is the catch of development of libc with a stable version of the compiler?
How shall idiots like me know what release of avr-libc is compatible
with released compiler xxx?
