If somebody tells me where to download dotgnu for win32 I can build an
installer which copies the binaries, sets them to the path, shows the
license, a note about the website/authors a readme at the beginning of the
installation and so on...(At least I think I can do it :)

What part of mingw is needed for running the binaries ? (That's the only
problem I see if I have to play around with parts of mingw included in the
installer).

I am ill since I returned home so don't expect any wonders or quick answers
to the list...I'll take a look at the list and in IRC hourly - if I can
*cough cough* :)
