Commit 89ff57ee937e6c70d3927c00a9dda75f33947238 tries to fix the `-k` option by 
setting the IRI to the default_page.
However, this breaks websites that serve on "/" but not on "/index.html".

For example, after this commit, `wget2 google.com` returns a 404 error since it 
sends a request for "/index.html".
