spd and espeak with libsonic support

Hi,
I reboot my computer after any changes in spd configuration files.
I have added your snip to the end of the file and nothing changed. Even
when I copied contents of /etc/speech-dispatcher into
.speech-dispatcher/conf

This is my espeak.conf
