spd and espeak with libsonic support

Hi,

If I remember correctly, espeak will use libsonic above 450 WPM, so you 
need to change the EspeakMaxRate value. in 
/etc/speech-dispatcher/modules/espeak.conf.

You can set it to 900.
Then in orca, as soon as you go beyond 50% you should hear the speedup.
