txt2pho module feedback

Hi Bohdan and List,

After using the txt2pho module the last few hours my impressions are as
follows:
1. The module seems stable for use
2. it takes some time to get the spoken text after typing or navigating
on tty
3. a string starting with . folowed by other text produces no output
here.
EG.:
. hello world

4. some minor german improovements would be nice (i.ll look into this).

More feedback soon :-).
