If it is an external module, like a synthesizer output
module, audio module or convenience libraries,
the author can choose to hold the copyright himself.
We however ask you to assign copyright on the internals
(the server core) to Brailcom so that we stand in better legal position
against possible violations of the GPL, are able to upgrade the
copyright notice for later versions of the licence etc. Of course,
a company can enforce the license better than a collection
of inidividuals spread across the world. This is the policy encouraged
by FSF and doesn't in any way restrict your options to do whatever
you want with the code.
