actually, i will redact that - another idea would be to change
A5 to something like:

  Does not recommend SaaSS services, operated by other hosts. (A5)

and add a new criteria at the 'C' level - something like:

  Any recommended SaaSS services operated by the same host, also
  pass all 'C' criteria. (C7)
