[Phptest-users] new h.inc.php and functions.inc.php fixed problem

After downloading the latest versions of functions.inc.php (1.23) and 
h.inc.php (1.19), I am no longer having
this problem. If you're running phptest under *nix and see a blank page 
instead of
the phptest login box, downloading these two files should make the 
problem go away.
