Oh.  I can tell you what the problem was now :).  Some
of the include files are included dynamically based on
an object's name, and the objects have mixed case
names.  I didn't have the problem on windows because
the filesystem isn't case sensitive.  I noticed it
right away when I uploaded to phptest.initsoft.com
(running linux).  You got a blank page because you
have your php.ini file set to supress warnings and
notices.
