The first thing I would check is the user permissions in mysql. Maybe make 
sure the same user is being used by phpgw. As a last resort to make sure it 
isn't database/permissions issues, use root as the user for phpgw(major 
security risk, so don't leave it like that) Maybe somebody else can help more 
when they wake up.
