Did you grabbed from CVS also the phpgwapi module? phpGroupWare cant work
without it. Have a look here:

I've installed it on my server yesterday using "-r Version-0_9_12-branch"
and it works without problems.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there a better way to grab CVS? A weekly
(nightly?)
tar file would be nice.... hint, hint. ;-)

snapshots, but at the moment it gives me a 404 error.
