So far you can see my (incomplete, not ready for use anywhere) work at https://code.launchpad.net/~lfaraone/otpasswd/debian

To build the package, do:
 sudo apt-get install bzr-builddeb cdbs debhelper cmake libgmp3-dev libssl-dev libpam0g-dev bzr
 bzr branch lp:~lfaraone/otpasswd/debian
 bzr bd
