 I have updated the Graphiscs Magick on August.  I have checked the dependency 
by dependency walker, libwmflite-7.dll  is not linked with GraphicsMagick dll 
files but libltdl-7.dll is linked with it.

Newly build was happened accidentally. You can use the components in the 
Octave3.4.2_gcc4.5.2.7z  just adding  share/gnuplot subdir .

The above files need not be required

This is linked from libGraphicsMagick-3.dll at updating Graphics Magick on 
August.

wgnuplot.GID is the tempory files of gnuplot so that it is not required.

About the sed, I have misled  that it is required at execution of octave.
However it seems not be required so I delete it. 
(The msys sed is needed for 'pkg install')
