Follow-up Comment #23, bug #59546 (project octave):

@Markus: You are right, as compared to using Fsystem, like you did in comment
#18, the latex interpreter misses the Windows specific block from comment #22
before the call to "run_command_and_return_output". I'll add that.
This also makes me think that we should surround file names in the command
with quotes since the temporary directory in which they reside can potentially
contain white spaces and other problematic characters (parenthesis, non-ascii,
...). I'll update the patch to do that as well.
