If the commands now run without errors, I don't think you need to install
additional packages. Before the cleanup, can you inspect the resulting png and

Yes, default.tex is the actual file that is generated for the purpose of
testing the latex tool chain.


PS: Can you note the packages you had to install to get the default.tex file
to compile? This maybe help full to know in the future.
