[Monotone-debian] Not uploading 0.48-4 due to deep freeze

Just when I was ready to upload 0.48-4 to unstable with the French
translation update, I remembered to check the latest release update[1]
for the current policy.  It turns out that translation updates have been
disallowed since 2010-12-12, so I am not going to upload 0.48-4 after
all. Sorry about that.

The branch org.debian.monotone remains open for release-critical bug
fixes only; if such a fix happens before the release of Squeeze then I
will upload to unstable, together with the translation update.

I suggest that further packaging efforts be spent on the upcoming
monotone 1.0 on the branch org.debian.monotone.for-mtn-1.0.  Please tell
me if and when you want an upload to experimental.  Another thing I
would like to see is good support for usher.
