it seems that mldonkey is its own executable, and the morpeus app is probably communicating over the gui protocol, wich in itself should be an ok relationship with the gpl since it's over (network) sockets, however, i wonder if they really wrote the gui all by themselves? maybe the g2-guys should have a closer look?
