I don't think so. Having a "seen complete" of 0 days doesn't mean you have
downloaded anything of it in the last 24 hours.
Sometimes you have a "seen complete" of several days(weeks) but you still
download some chunks from time to time.
And the "X" column doesn't help very much: it just says when you added it
to the download list.

But I guess his idea could be helpful: you sometimes need to know when
(if) you did download something from a rare file (even if it's a few kb)
to really know if it's a dead file or if it could still be downloaded
sometime.
