[Mldonkey-users] html_mods patch update

I've updated this html_mods patch file.  I don't know how to create a
diff since last version, so it is just a new patch that needs be
applied to a fresh 2.02-9 CVS.  (I use "cvs diff -u" to create)

Changes:

- now seems to work in Opera 7

- rewrote javascript table sort function to use objects/javascript
sort() function

- telnet interface should no longer be affected (use conn_output
checking)

- cshtml moved to "cs" command

- removed "cancel all", fixed verify chunks link, added reload link to
vd <#>

- etc

./configure --enable-batch --disable-multinet && make depend && make

Then replace the ~/.mldonkey_messages file.
