Thanks, very useful.  I'd already changed the default Mailman msg_footer
to

    -- 
    %(real_name)s
    %(web_page_url)slistinfo%(cgiext)s/%(_internal_name)s

including the space after the `--', as it staves off the `How do I
unsubscribe?' from users that don't see the List-* headers.  Besides, it
helps keep `-- ' https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3676#section-4.3
processing alive.  :-)
