yes, we could produce HTML output, and replace the old 
http://www.nongnu.org/lwip/index.html. About CHM, I'm not in flavor to 
produce all formats, but, I will try.

Yes, but it only exists since some months. But I think we will update most 
of doc files to give the link (I think that we should have as many 
cross-references between savannah, lwip/doc, wiki, and html doc).

Hi Simon,

I got my answers from google,
but I think it would be better to gather all information in LwIP doc.
I will test select() with several things like non-blocking connect ,
and maybe write some doc.

I've seen you updates on comments/documentation.
Thanks for your very fast commits.
