Done. Same issue as previously: toolbar buttons rendered in only
two shades of gray, losing detail.

Issue persists after checking this checkbox:
  Properties | Compatibility | Disable visual themes

To be sure, I eradicated my wx installation and reinstalled it
carefully again, then rebuilt lmi again. Build logs are exactly
as expected. Symptoms persist nevertheless.
