I wasn't sure what "themes" are, but I looked into it a little.
In "Display Properties", "Theme" is "Windows XP (Modified)".
Under "Appearance":
  Windows and buttons: Windows Classic style
  Color scheme: Windows Standard
  Font size: Normal
Effects: "ClearType" and "Hide underlined letters" are enabled;
others are all disabled.
Settings:
  NVIDIA Quadro NVS 295 (passively cooled!)
  960 by 600 pixels, 32-bit color
(resolution is half of native in each dimension)
