AFAIK not. Some people put some work into making VC++ work with
autotools, but I don't think anything usable came out of that.

As for MSVC, xmlwrapp comes with project files for it, so it's easily
buildable with it (this is same as in libxml2 and libxslt, BTW). I plan
to switch its build system to be based on Bakefile
(http://www.bakefile.org) in the future and Comeau support could be
added to it too (I never used it myself, so I don't know what is
needed).

How do you solve building of libxml2/libxslt with Comeau C++?
