On second thought, that's a different matter. The facility
described in that support request writes all data available for
creating reports, not a subset.

'Illustration | Copy full illustration data' works with a subset.
It's like 'Census | Print case to spreadsheet' in general, except
that:
 - it's produced for one illustration (or composite) at a time;
 - it generally skips costly IRR calculations;
 - it appends calculation-summary columns at the end; and
 - it uses the same numeric formats as the pdf files
     produced by xsl-fo.
Eventually we'll make these reports more similar, combining the
best features of each.
