There's something quite odd about how this appears.  If you add another  
line of music below the first line, the first line does not collide but the  
second does.  That appears related to the time signature.  See the  
attached.  It would seem there's some sort of error how in how the  
locations of the tempo markings are calculated, based on what goes before.
