This took rather longer than expected - about 3 hours longer, to be  
precise...

Anyway - Trevor - attached is a patch which should apply on top of the  
patch you have on Rietveld and allow the docs to make.  I can't guarantee  
the links are correct, but at least we have a compilable set.
