Many thanks, Phil - I thought it would be a long job once the
translations became involved.  Seeing the work involved I doubt
I could have managed it, given as I can't make doc at the moment.
The tools I use work only on the English docs.

It looks good to me.  I'll add it to the patch set and upload it
shortly.
