Maybe
\onGrob Accidental \tweak color #red cis
\onGrob Accidental \hide cis
or
\forGrob Accidental \tweak color #red cis
\forGrob Accidental \hide cis
or
\tweakGrob Accidental color #red cis

These forms offer a clue what should follow.
I'd be happy with any of these, but with a preference for the second.
