I'm not getting any of the programming errors when I run the regtest and  
I'm on a build with optimizing disabled (I think).  Could someone do me a  
favor and run the regtests on this to see if these programming errors are  
coming up?

I recently pushed some work for LedgerLineSpanners, but the programming  
errors didn't arise there either and that patch has nothing to do with this  
one.

Curious...
