[kmldonkey] checking if UIC has KDE plugins available... error !!!!!!!

Well ....

When  trying compile Kmldonkey i get the error on ./configure :

"checking for KDE... libraries /usr/lib, headers /usr/include
checking if UIC has KDE plugins available... configure: error: not
found - you need to install kdelibs first."

But kdelibs are installed .

kdelibs:3.0.5a-1.2mdk on Mandrake 9.0
Qt is properly installed.(Qt Version 3.2.0b1)

I had set "kde plugins path" on qtconfig , but the error remains.

Did i forget something ???
Some path ???

Please , some help !! :(
