[igraph] new user question

Hello All,

I recently downloaded igraph.

I was wondering if there was a graphical tool, or "gui-builder"
that one could build/design graphs with visually, and the output would be
igraph code?

My goal is to draw statecharts (as graphs) on the computer then auto-translate 
the output igraph code to 
pystatechart code, then run the statechart model.
