There are no such things as yet. 0.6 is a development branch and we
don't develop it on windows. At least I haven't tried to build it on
windows for a long time, and I suppose Tamas has not, either.

We failed to build the previous version with MinGW and/or MSYS. If I
recall it well, the problem was that Python was built with an old
version of Visual Studio, but maybe not.

The latest released version was built with some version of Visual
Studio, 2003, if I remember well. The main 0.6 branch should build
with Visual Studio 2003 after some cosmetics, but before the release
we might add some Fortran code from another branch (the C version of
ARPACK is not reliable) and this might make things even more
complicated.
