mkoctfile under windows

Hello

I've installed octave-2.1.50a-inst.exe in Windows XP available at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=2888&package_id=40078.
Generally it works fine, however I'd like to compile .oct files. Thus I
installed cygwin, gnuplot and octave (2.1.50). Mkoctfile and execution work
under cygwin/octave.

I'm interested in installing small octave/windows program in another
computers and adding my .oct files. I do not want install huge cygwin
everywhere. I tried to copy compiled .oct file into octave/windows directory
and to execute it but the result is:

>> hello

error: dlopen: Win32 error 127

>>

What is a problem?

Dobek
